Friday, February 25th REDI Romania, together with our partners from Serbia, North Macedonia, Spain and Italy kicked off the launch meeting for the Erasmus+ project Green Entrepreneurs in Action, Key Action 220 – Cooperation partnership in youth
Together with our partners CESIE – Italy, Magenta – Spain, Business Development Center Kragujevac – Serbia and Family and Childcare Centre – Skopje branch – North Macedonia we aim to contribute towards increasing the young Roma people entrepreneurship potential within the COVID-19 pandemic from the 5 countries and beyond by developing a learning material and an online for young entrepreneurs, as well as a training guide for youth workers, NGOs, trainers and educators. During the kickoff meeting we discussed about the project activities and planed for the first steps ahead.
The project is a transnational one, coordinated by the Romanian partner REDI in partnership with CESIE, Magenta, Business Development Center Kragujevac and Family and Childcare Centre – Skopje branch and benefits from a total grant amounting 166.895 EUR and will develop over a period of 24 months.
The project is funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme. The Erasmus+ 2021-2027 “Enriching lives, opening minds” is developed through the EU programme for education, training, youth and sport, and places a strong focus on social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and promoting young people’s participation in democratic life.
