The Transnational Training Course \u2018Green Entrepreneurs in Action\u2019 took place between 12-14th of December in Palermo, Italy and aimed to train youth educators in implementing training methodologies in green entrepreneurship.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CESIE organized between December 12-14th<\/sup>, 2022, an international training course for youth workers within the GEA – Green Entrepreneurs in Action project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of this training activity was to familiarize the youth workers and business facilitators from the partner organizations with the materials created so far within the project, but also to share good practices in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, during this course, the participants were trained on the working methodology based on the materials created within the project in order to be able to later offer tool courses for other trainers in each organization and to be able to more effectively support the target group involved in the implementation of the assisted training scheme. The materials currently being worked on in the project are mainly PR1 \u2013 Learning Materials on Green Entrepreneurship and the accompanying PR3 \u2013 Training Guide for youth workers, trainers, educator and facilitators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GEA is a project designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs from Roma and vulnerable communities with skills and tools to start and develop green businesses. The project aims to create common and innovative solutions to make young entrepreneurs more competitive and capable of facing economic challenges through the COVID crisis. GEA is also promoting green business with no negative impact on the local or global environment, the community, or the economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the project aims to improve the knowledge of professionals (youth workers, educators, coaches and trainers) by strengthening their skills and training in order to facilitate the employment of vulnerable young people. The GEA project is initiated by REDI Romania through Erasmus + KA220 and brings together partners from Italy, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
